But first, let me introduce myself. I’m Karen, a mum to three primary school children. I grew up in Scotland and now live in New Zealand.

Before starting a family I worked as a Primary Teacher, Children and Families Pastor and Admissions Coordinator at The Bible College of New Zealand (where I completed a Graduate Diploma in Theology).

For some time I have had a desire to write Bible Studies for women and to help people learn how to study the Bible.

So, at the beginning of 2019 I decided it was time to ‘stop hiding my light’ and get started! I created Karen Hopkins Online as a place to share my Bible Studies and tips on studying the Bible.
